  1. Applicability
    This Refund Policy applies to services purchased through clearpathpropertysolutionsco.com, including property inspections, compliance reviews, and related consulting services.                           

  2. Non-Refundable Items

    • Fees for completed services (reports delivered or inspections completed) are generally non-refundable.

    • Third-party fees (e.g., regulatory filings, permit fees) passed through to clients are non-refundable once paid. 
       

  3. Partial Refunds / Cancellations

    • If you cancel before an inspection or service is scheduled and no work has begun, we will evaluate a refund on a case-by-case basis.

    • If work has already commenced (inspection performed, report prepared), refunds will not typically be issued.                                

  4. How to Request a Refund

    • Email: clearpath@clearpathpropertysolutions.org with your invoice number, contact info, service date, and reason for refund request.  

    • We will respond within 5 business days with next steps.              
       

    • Disputes and Chargebacks

      • If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider, please also contact us immediately so we can resolve the matter directly.         

  5. Policy Changes

    • We may update this policy from time to time — the version on the website is the authoritative copy.
